Lapsang Souchong
This tea is from the Fujian Province of China, where Lapsang Souchong originated. Using the traditional method of smoking the tea using pinewood this is a characteristically smoky flavour. However with the black tea being a fine quality the smoky flavours do not overwhelm but create a wonderfully rich flavour and unique experience.

Brewing Instructions
We recommend infusing the leaves in freshly drawn or filtered water at 100℃ for 3 to 5 minutes.
1 teaspoon per cup or to taste. Perfect with or without milk.
